What we offer
Vintage Race Car Restoration / Preparation
With the highest attention to detail, we restore vintage machines to their original glory. Several customer projects started with bins of damaged parts and an original chassis and rose to operational, safe, as new condition less than one year.
Reverse Engineering / Manufacturing
Many spare parts for vintage race cars are impossible to find. We can reproduce unobtainium using in-house engineering resources. From bespoke hollow magnesium uprights, to titanium fasteners, our pattern department and machine shop can make the tooling required by specialized foundries. Our CNC machine shop can machine castings to original specifications. Many factory Porsche 907, 908, 910 and 917 race cars campaigned today have our mag castings, Ti bolts, and steering racks on them.
Race Engine Building / Management
We build, document, and tune air cooled Porsche engines for racing. We also work with expert machinists for other special engines like Cosworth BDG and YB engines.
Custom Design, Engineering, Fabrication
From sheet metal monocoques, to tube frames, to FGR bodywork, to full suspensions, anything can be designed in CAD and prototyped in house.
